About Kirsty

At the core of Uprosper, is Managing Director Kirsty Gray.

Kirsty grew up working hard on the family dairy farm in Wakool, NSW. Although she has many fond memories of her childhood it was through this time that she also experienced drought and financial hardship with her family, they had no other choice but to file for bankruptcy when she was 15.

With an interest in helping people get ahead from that day onwards, Kirsty moved interstate starting a career in the mortgage broking industry at age 18.

Now, after 10 years in mortgage broking, still as focused as she was when she left home, Kirsty runs a successful, Gold Coast based mortgage broking company that thrives by providing an incomparable level of customer service and knowledge.
